Initial Consultation
Our families and clients will start their relationship with Helpful Harmonies with a complimentary consultation. After you have filled out the “Get in Touch” form above, a team member will be in contact with you to schedule your complimentary consultation.

What is a complimentary consultation? This is where one of our team members will spend time with you and your child or loved one to understand the areas/needs you would like addressed. During this time we will learn more about you, your family, and your needs. We also will address how utilizing music can best address those needs. During the consultation, you will also have the opportunity to ask us any questions and learn more about our facility.
During this time, we will also overview our evaluation process in full detail to help families prepare for the first few sessions with their child. If you are unsure which service you’d like to receive, we can help you determine if music therapy or adapted lessons would be the best fit. During the consultation, we will engage your child in music to see initial responses.
Please note, this initial consultation is not an evaluation; just a time to get to know you better!
There is no cost or commitment for the consultation. If the family decides after the consultation to proceed with services, our therapist will schedule your next session at that time to begin the evaluation.
